The industry "norm" is to send a tech to your site and have him fix your issue and have you sign a work order with little information and pricing on it.  You then can wait up to two weeks to get a suprise in the mail on what you owe.

The ARS way embraces technology.  We know that technology holds the key to providing remarkable service while driving down costs.   When our techs are done with the repair, our customer knows exactly how much we charged.  They are presented a READABLE, computer generated invoice complete with accurate pricing.
